If you are not sure about your size, the best is to measure it with a tape measure, quite firmly at the widest point, including the forehead, keeping the tape measure parallel to the ground. 

The fit of this style is universal, so generally fits nicely to both round and oval shape heads; and the sizing is correct as shown. Please do not order based on the size you take in other brands as it can be different.
